Dosage for Flax Seed Oil
The recommended dosage of flax seed oil is approximately 1000mg/100 lb of human weight. The flax seed oil is highly rich and one tablespoon of flax seed oil is equivalent to approximately 1000mg and when combined with the diet intake, it provides great energy.
Young babies (20-30 lbs) are prescribed ¼-1/2 teaspoon.
Children (30-50lbs) are prescribed 1 teaspoon and above 50-75 lbs are prescribed 2 teaspoons.
Children (75-100lbs) are prescribed 1 tablespoon .

DHA algal oil (hexane free), cold pressed organic flax seed oil (unrefined), copherols, soy, non-genetically and engineered naturally present vitamin E and extracts of organics rosemary constitute Flax seed oil.
