Human skin is a clear indicator of the human inside, the functioning of the immune system, the nervous system and the blood circulation systems of the body. Proper and timely sleep. 4. Regular exercising. 5. Washing of cosmetics when going to sleep. 6. Peace of mind. 7. Alcohol, sedatives and tobacco must be avoided to follow a healthy lifestyle. 8. Fruits and vegetables must be the part of the daily diet. 9. Breakfast should not be avoided, in any case.
