Strength Training Exercise Equipment

In the age of 21 st generation, we all want to be stronger, healthier, and more vital with help of strength training and without having equipment; it's very hard to do. Strength training equipment is an essential part of any sports and/or fitness regimen. There are plenty of good arguments for putting almost any type of strength training equipment into your home or gym but we should use the type of equipment which is suggested by the training experts.

Types of training equipment:

Free weights

Free weight:

Free weights don't take up much room, and are inexpensive and versatile. Dumbbells and barbells are two different type of free weight. Especially dumbbells, offer great versatility for strength training and is required for balance and stabilization. These dumbbells and barbells can be used plenty of exercise option which are biometrically correct.

Multi station weight machine:

 This machine has built-in safety features. While machine are often more expensive than the free weight .Many multi-station machines are set up with cables that are routed to selects plates or weight stacks. The biggest advantage of this machine is, it encourage direct lifting.

Pulley or cable system:

 Pulley or cable system generally allows complete movement freedom, with the help of this exercise can be perform safely and correctly. That's why we can see this type of equipment used in rehabilitation and medical settings. Advantage of this cable system is to include easy range of motion adjustment.

Stretch bands:

Stretch bands, also called resistance bands, look like giant rubber bands. Buy them in the sporting goods section of a variety store or purchase about four feet of surgical tubing and tie a large loop in each end.

Medicine ball:

A medicine ball is a kind of training tool which serves like a weight. It is made by synthetic rubber. If you want to practice the pattern of movement then this ball will be the key of your specific training. You can do many different types of movements with a medicine ball either standing, sitting, or lying down.
