Abs Exercise Workouts

Expert's advice: the best ab exercise is the Bicycle maneuver. Bicycle is one of the most effective exercises for working those abdominal muscles. To do it, lie on a mat and press your lower back flat. Put your hands beside your head. Tighten your abdominal muscles and bend your knees toward your chest at an angle of about 45-degree. Bring your right elbow in contact with your left knee. Now same thing to be performed with opposite knee and elbow and repeat.

There are many ab exercises that you can perform at home also. Regular sit-up, or ab crunch, are very common among them and people often do to have supercilious abs.
