Strength Training Programs and its TypesFirst of all the very first question arises in the mind that why do we need the strength training program and the answer is; doing this training program, you have taken the first step on a journey toward greater strength and vitality. Program helps you to build your life a safe, simple, and highly effective exercise program based on the principles of strength training. The goal of this program helps you to make strength training a lifelong habit. Strength training is an essential element of fitness for every one. Types of Strength Training program:
Warm up:Five minutes of Warm up is very necessary for all type of strength training program. We can divide our strength training program in three stages, which is given below. Stage 1: The following four exercises comprise Stage 1 of the Growing Stronger Program. When you've been doing the exercises of this stage from more than twenty days, and till you are fairly fit then you can add the exercises of Stage 2. Always remember to do the Warm up and as part of each exercise session.
Stage 2: If you have done all the exercises of stage 1 with out being injured then you can introduce strength training exercises of stage 2. When you've been doing the exercises of Stages 1 and stage 2 for at least six weeks, you can add the exercises in Stage 3.
Stage 3: If you have done the exercises of stage 1 and stage 2 from at least six weeks then you can introduce the exercises of stage 3 in your schedule of strength training program. Knee extension Knee curl Floor back extension Pelvic tilt. Cool down:Squats quadriceps stretch, chest and arm stretch, neck upper back and shoulder stretch are excellent stretch should be a regular part of your cool down.
